If you want the utmost longevity out of the Ciele one then I would pair it with a powder blush on top just to lock it in and intensify it a bit more.▶ 3:34–3:43
If you want to be really soft and you're not caring about it lasting for 18 hours a day then wear on its own and it's really beautiful.▶ 3:43–3:49
