Hydrating Milky Toner

This is my favorite toner, easily, right now.

I honestly drench my skin in this and just like really press it in letting it all absorb

It does have hyaluronic acid as one of the main ingredients, so it's very hydrating.▶ 7:50–7:53

Honestly, she's tea.
