It feels really creamy and lightweight.

It almost appears like it has a radiance to it as well, but it feels very thin and very creamy.21:04–21:09

It's extremely hydrating, which is nice because I have dry under eyes.22:32–22:39

It does say that it's full coverage. I would say that it's not off the bat, maybe like a medium.22:37–22:45

I do feel like it's probably more of like a medium coverage, but very hydrating radiant finish.23:08–23:13

I want to see how it plays with powder.

I do think my under eyes look nice and healthy and they don't look dry unless you get like really up close, and I felt like that powder grabbed on.36:22–36:29

This has less of a dry-down time than let's just say Natasha Denona High Glam Concealer or Max Factor Revenge French Face or any of the more hydrating moisturizing concealers like Tower 28's.0:44–0:47

Those are going to take more time to dry down and self-set than this one will.
