It's plumping and it's nice.
I found a dupe for it also. It's the L'Oreal Paris Plump Ambition in... it's the exact same formula and the exact same finish and the exact same thing at like 1/3 the price.
Don't get this one now get the L'Oreal one and I don't think I will also get this one I think I will get the L'Oreal one only but this was a good product like I have finished it.
