Bioderma Cicabio Pommade is a very thick, occlusive moisturizer that locks in hydration, best suited for extremely dry skin or nighttime use. Professional makeup artist CYoung notes it starts with water, glycerin, and mineral oil, making it similar to Vaseline in effect. She does not recommend it for oily or combo skin unless used as a spot ointment.
