The way that this can give me a strip lash film noir effect with tons of beautiful volume, wispiness, and a truly tapered lash.

The formula is wispy and waxy and because of that waxiness you can really manipulate the lashes It sits in a more dry formula, which I love because you can move your lashes around and really get them to set down exactly where you want them.▶ 24:03–24:10
