I really like this L'Oreal one, too. Like, it grabs your lashes.17:22–17:29

It kind of has more of a tacky dry formula to it to like actually give you some lashes and like build up.17:27–17:34

They both have like that very buildable buildable formula and then they both have the plasticky wands that separate as you build your lashes. So it really gives them some oomph.17:43–17:49
