Laneige's Neo Essential Blurring Finish Powder is very finely milled, giving a blurring effect and complete matte finish that JUDY loves. However, AvatarLing finds the packaging makes it hard to gauge powder pickup and the finish flat, drying, and not flattering on dry skin. It works well for oily skin but may disappoint dry or normal skin types seeking a smooth blur.
