It's a Plump Lip Serum. It's not even named as a gloss. It does give shine, but it's very very like serum-like, lightweight.18:12–18:16

The color is pretty sheer... if you wear this by itself, you're just getting a little tint of color, but not much and the color will fade quickly. So, this is more of like a topper on top of your lip liner and lipstick.18:28–18:33
