Hard Candy Peel Off Lip Liner Stain delivers the most intense, longest-wearing stain of any drugstore lip product, according to Andréa Matillano, who notes the color is perfect and lasts extremely well. However, both she and Manny Mua find the application process cumbersome and annoying — you must apply a thick sticky gel evenly, let it dry, then peel it off, which rarely comes off in one piece and takes time. If you want long-lasting color without the tedious routine, there are easier alternatives; for Matillano, this was a fail.
