It has a bit of a waxy-er formula and I feel like you have to go in a bunch with the pencil to get some good color payoff and to actually fill in your brows evenly.1:15–1:21

The Arch Envy Brow Pencil from L.A. Girl is a no-go for me.17:34–17:38

The formula is a bit waxy and you really have to build it up quite a bit to get any type of fullness or pigment on your brows.17:46–17:50
