More hydrating more moisturizing formulas could take up to a minute to 2 minutes to dry down to like 90%.0:24–0:29

This is one of the best powerhouse concealers on the market. Full coverage so less is more. You don't have to overuse it, you don't have to glob on a ton of product to get a really beautiful flawless look to your under eyes with a lot of coverage. A few dots, blend it out, set it, you are good to go.10:34–10:38
