Kanebo's Kate Designing Eyebrow 3D is a powder brow product best for those with naturally full brows who want to even them out and add thickness. The three-shade palette is praised as a great shade and very travel-friendly, defining brows well. The only downside mentioned is that Kate products can be a bit harder to find.
