Milk Makeup's Balmade Hydrating Tinted Lip Balm is extremely slippery and wet, with no staying power — it wipes off any lip makeup underneath within minutes. Former professional makeup artist Morgan Turner calls it a much worse formula than Dior, noting it has no color and removes lip makeup.
