GrailPeople offers a public API and a Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector at https://grailpeople.com/api/mcp. The API and connector are provided on a best-effort basis. We reserve the right to rate-limit, modify, or discontinue access at any time without notice. You may use the API for personal projects and to enable AI assistants to answer beauty product questions on your behalf, subject to these Terms.
Product information and creator recommendations on GrailPeople are not medical, dermatological, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for skin conditions, allergies, or health concerns. Creator views represent their personal opinions and experiences, not those of Wehitpan Corporation.
The GrailPeople name, logo, and original content on the Service are owned by Wehitpan Corporation. Creator quotes are attributed to their respective authors and sourced from publicly available YouTube videos. Product names and brand names belong to their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights in any of the foregoing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wehitpan Corporation will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed $100 USD.
