These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of grailpeople.com and the GrailPeople API and MCP connector (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is owned and operated by Wehitpan Corporation. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
GrailPeople provides beauty product information and creator-sourced recommendations for informational purposes only. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial research and shopping decisions. You may not:
GrailPeople offers a public API and a Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector at https://grailpeople.com/api/mcp. The API and connector are provided on a best-effort basis. We reserve the right to rate-limit, modify, or discontinue access at any time without notice. You may use the API for personal projects and to enable AI assistants to answer beauty product questions on your behalf, subject to these Terms.
Product information and creator recommendations on GrailPeople are not medical, dermatological, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for skin conditions, allergies, or health concerns. Creator views represent their personal opinions and experiences, not those of Wehitpan Corporation.
The GrailPeople name, logo, and original content on the Service are owned by Wehitpan Corporation. Creator quotes are attributed to their respective authors and sourced from publicly available YouTube videos. Product names and brand names belong to their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights in any of the foregoing.
GrailPeople indexes creator-attributed beauty product commentary from public source videos. We use short excerpts, timestamps, creator names, creator handles, channel links, and source video links so users can verify the original context. We do not claim ownership of creator videos, transcripts, names, likenesses, brands, or product marks. If you are a creator, brand, platform, or other rightsholder and want a quote, source link, product mention, or creator profile corrected or removed, email hello@grailpeople.com.
Some products carry a GrailPeople rating (1–5), exposed as grailpeople_rating in our API and MCP connector. GrailPeople-derived, not creator-issued. Creators do not rate products for GrailPeople and do not see or approve these numbers. Each rating is generated by a language model reading that creator's own on-camera quotes about that product and scoring the strength of their enthusiasm against a published rubric. It measures how positively someone spoke, not product quality, and not the creator's endorsement of GrailPeople.
No creator, brand, or retailer endorses GrailPeople, our ratings, or any product by virtue of appearing on this site. If you republish or display a GrailPeople rating, attribute it to GrailPeople — you may not present it as a score issued, given, or approved by a creator.
Some links to retailers are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not affect product ranking, creator evidence, or whether a product is included in GrailPeople results. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wehitpan Corporation will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed $100 USD.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
