  1. @kayleymelissa reviewing Wavytalk Thermal Brush at 01:30 in a YouTube Shorts video
    Wavytalk$79.00
    • You need this hair tool. This is the Wavytalk thermal brush and you get the most beautiful blowout look without the noise of the blow dryer. It's the best0:55
    • Super silky and soft, but the amount of volume that it gives me in the amount of time that it takes is incredible1:30
    • It's easier, it's faster, it always turns out better on me2:33
    • This is the one and a half inch barrel and I do think it lives up to that $50 price point. The plastic is good quality plastic. The ceramic stays hot nicely and evenly. The handle from here down does not get hot10:29
    • The only thing that really bothers me is that I keep accidentally hitting the temperature button10:50
    • I think the cons of it is that there is a learning curve11:10
    • I would say the downside for fine hair is that it can be more tension on the hair. So you could lose more hair to tension with this. But it also is less hot on the hair11:20
    • And then the cons for thicker hair is that like there is kind of a max amount of hair that you can put on this at a time11:30
    • Overall, yes, I do like this. I would recommend it, but I think this can be very handy dandy for a lot of things, and if you love a blowout look, I think you would love it11:49
    • I have done at least a thousand different things with my bangs trying to get them to do this exact thing and it just did it. I didn't have to do a lot of finessing
  2. @kayleymelissa reviewing Tresemmé Keratin Smooth Weightless Silk Serum at 26:34 in a YouTube Shorts video
    • My goal here is heat protection and slipperiness because I want my hair to slip through this very easily. We're going for glide and therefore we're going to add some silkiness to the hair2:59
    • We do need a little serum for these sweet little end babies. So, let's use the same Tresemmé product that I used for my other blowout26:34
  3. @kayleymelissa reviewing Pantene Abundant & Strong Collection at 16:04 in a YouTube Shorts video
    • The TLDDR on what this product does is that it combats oxidative stress on your scalp so that you grow better hair and you get to keep it around for longer14:01
    • After 6 to 8 weeks of using the products, 85% of the study participants saw less hair loss using the whole system
    • The shampoo is a really like thin formula that spreads easily in the hair and it's very, very foamy when it suds up in the hair. And I really liked that16:04
    • I did two pumps and that was more than enough for my hair. So, I really really like how it lathers up16:17
    • And I do think my scalp felt like kind of instantly soothed. That has to be placebo. But I did love the sensation16:21
    • The shampoo was very cleansing without being stripping on the hair. My hair does feel like nice and clean, but it doesn't feel weighed down19:04
    • Conditioner is a little bit attached to a scoch on the lightweight side if your hair is thirsty19:18
    • I actually enjoyed the conditioner. I enjoy how my hair feels. It feels really, really silky, really, really soft, but I don't feel weighed down at all. And that's a really great place to be as somebody with fine hair29:32
    • I think this would work for like medium textures as well. But I think if your hair tends to be pretty thirsty and you tend to reach for really really thick conditioners, you might want to swap this out for a thicker conditioner
    • I think this is the top thing I'm the most excited about. I really like how my hair looks and feels using the shampoo and conditioner. And I'm really excited to see long-term results on this because if it does help me to retain my hair a little better, not shed as much, that's a huge plus
  4. @kayleymelissa reviewing Pantene Abundant & Strong Scalp Serum at 19:48 in a YouTube Shorts video
    • I will say you can buy just the scalp serum on its own and it is $20, which is actually a really good price for an effective scalp serum13:55
    • It's like a really really thin serum. Like a hyaluronic acid serum. Like super duper thin. And then you massage it in19:48
    • I feel like that covered like this much of my scalp, which is great. That means that you don't need like 15 dropper fulls to do your whole scalp
    • I think it's important to note that this product does not replace roane or anything like that because it's not trying to create or stimulate new growth. It's trying to give you healthy growth in follicles that are already established and help you to hold on to that
    • When you rub it in, it's so lightweight. It feels kind of like that really popular snail mucin. Don't let that scare you, but thinner, maybe like a hyaluronic acid. And then as it goes in and dries down, it goes to like a really thin matte finish. You don't feel it on your scalp, but it is kind of soothing and nice19:50
    • I don't feel like it did anything negative to my roots. They look fine as good as they did before
    • Well, based on those two times that I've used it, I really like it. This is really easy to use and I feel good layering it up day after day19:37
    • I've got to say, starting out, I didn't feel really anything on my scalp or my hair, so it didn't feel like there was already a layer of product that I was adding to28:44
  5. @kayleymelissa reviewing OGX Repair & Protect Bond Protein Repair at 18:04 in a YouTube Shorts video
    OGX$12.00
    • The only other thing that I have on my hair right now is the Bond Protein Repair from OGX. That is my leave-in conditioner18:04
  6. @kayleymelissa reviewing Octocurl No Headband Curler at 22:11 in a YouTube Shorts video
    • This is actually the medium length, which I do think is going to be enough for my hair21:44
    • But the other cool thing is that you can snap these on or off. So if you only want to use two, you can just use two. If you want to use all three, you can use all three22:11
    • Okay, that was the easiest heatless experience I've had since robe ties, but with like so much more versatility25:07
    • My only cons at this point are that I ordered the wrong size, which is user error. And the second thing is that when you first plop this on and you're working on the first side, you need at least two clips25:30
    • I've got to say, sleeping in this went very well. Did not bother me25:53
    • I'm really impressed. And that was comfy and easy to sleep in. Also, let us notice the roots look great27:46
    • I love the Octocurl like the original one. Truly do love and love working with it, but the little like halo around the top always bothered me. This is pretty great27:51
    • I mean, it's so bouncy, so smooth, so lovely, no mousse, no fighting. This is a win. I love it. I love it. I love it. I love it. I love it28:05
  7. @kayleymelissa reviewing Virtue Flourish Density Booster at 15:23 in a YouTube Shorts video
    • A couple years ago, I used the Virtue Flourish Density Booster. It worked really, really well. The only reason I stopped using it was because it's like $50 a bottle, and I just I couldn't keep doing it, but I went through like three bottles. I loved it15:23
