Stila is a brand that shows up in two very different conversations: their Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner is the reliable, long-wearing workhorse that makeup artists and reviewers keep coming back to, while their Glitter & Glow shadows are the fun, sparkly fantasy pick.
