The Bisou Balm lipstick is the clearest anchor here: a sheer matte balm that wears like a stain, blurs the lips, and lasts well without drying. The Plume eyeshadows also get consistent praise for their creamy, blendable, low-fallout formula, though they're not super pigmented out of the gate — buildable, not punchy.
