Brand note
W7 is a budget brand that punches above its price point, especially in color cosmetics. The Cheeky Dip Liquid Blusher delivers impressive medium coverage that's lightweight and easy to blend, though the sponge applicator can detach. The Eyes of London palette has great shimmers but no mattes, and the Lip Culture lipstick is a creamy satin that doesn't feel like the high-end dupe it's marketed as. If you can overlook occasional packaging quirks, the actual product performance is solid for the cost.
