Bright + Brew-tiful Eye Cream

This has a really really nice texture. It feels almost kind of whipped. It's rich but not something that feels overly heavy.

The brightening effect is definitely pretty. It's like a soft pearlescence, a soft luminance. It's not something that looks glittery or shimmery or anything like that.14:31–14:38

This is not something I would ever wear under makeup.14:45–14:48

I just don't personally see myself repurchasing something like this.
