SHEGLAM is a super-affordable brand that's hit-or-miss, but when it hits, it's genuinely good. The mascaras — especially the All-In-One 24k Multi-Effect — get real love for keeping lashes lifted and separated without clumping, though they won't give you much volume. The Buttery Bliss Blush Stick is a standout for dry skin: smooth, buildable, and dewy, but it fades in a few hours and may be too slick for oily skin. Overall, if you're willing to pick and choose, there are gems here for the price.
