Brand note
Hard Candy is a Walmart-exclusive brand that punches above its price point with smart, functional makeup — think color-correcting powders and gripping primers that actually work. The Blur On Lock Setting Powder is the standout: a finely milled, blurring powder that comes in customizable tri-color pans (pink, peach, lavender) and gives a smooth, airbrushed finish without caking. It's not ideal for very oily skin or those wanting intense matte, but for normal to dry skin it's a steal under $10.
