LAKA is a Korean beauty brand that's been getting attention for its Mono Eyeshadows — single shadows with a wet, glossy sparkle effect and sheer base pigments that work as toppers or soft washes. The formula has a plush, slightly dry texture that adheres well to the eyes, and fans say the quality punches above the price point.
