Ulta Beauty Collection is the house brand you'd expect to be fine and nothing more, but the Brow Duet Brow Powder Duo genuinely surprised one creator — she found a gray shade that creates a natural shadow, it lasts all day, and it doubles as an eyeliner. The Lip Quench Hydrating Balm, however, was called out for a bitter taste, so lip products may be a miss. If you're looking for a budget-friendly brow powder with good shade range and staying power, this is worth a try.
