Brand note
Ulta Beauty Collection is the store's own brand, and it's a mixed bag — some products are genuinely good for the price, others you can skip. The Brow Duet Brow Powder Duo is a standout: creators say it looks natural, lasts all day, and even doubles as an eyeliner. But the Lip Quench Hydrating Balm got a hard no for tasting bitter, so not everything in the line is a win. If you're looking for affordable brow products, this is worth a try; just don't expect every item to be a hit.
